The Challenge
Smallholder farmers lacked access to timely weather data, fair market prices, and quality inputs. Existing solutions required smartphones and internet — unavailable in many rural areas.
Our Solution
Built a dual-interface platform: smartphone app for feature-rich access and USSD/SMS integration for basic phones. Integrated weather APIs, real-time market pricing, and mobile money payments.
The Outcome
Connected 5,200 farmers across 3 counties. Average farmer income increased by 28% through better market access. Post-harvest losses reduced by 35% via weather alerts.
